Referral Commission — 5%
A qualifying affiliate or referral partner may earn a 5% referral commission for an eligible client they directly refer to Lynn Prime Inc.
How it works — the short version
- 1You refer a new client to Lynn Prime Inc.
- 2They purchase an eligible service and pay in full.
- 3The payment is received and successfully clears.
- 4A minimum 7-day holding period begins.
- 5The transaction stays in good standing — no dispute, refund, or chargeback.
- 6Your 5% commission is verified and issued.
Full referral program requirements
- The referred client must be a new eligible client of Lynn Prime Inc.
- The referred client must successfully purchase an eligible service.
- The client's payment must be received and paid in full.
- The payment must successfully clear.
- Referral commissions are not immediately payable at the time of purchase.
- A minimum 7-day waiting/holding period applies after full payment is received.
- During that waiting period, the transaction must remain in good standing with no chargeback, payment dispute, refund, cancellation, or reversed payment.
- If a payment is disputed, refunded, reversed, canceled, or charged back, the related referral commission will not be payable.
- Lynn Prime Inc reserves the right to verify that all referral-program requirements have been satisfied before issuing a commission.
- Referral partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when required.
- Referral partners may receive applicable tax documentation, including a Form 1099 where required by applicable tax law.
- Referral partners are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Participation in the referral program is subject to approval and to our Terms and Refund, Return, Cancellation & Payment Policy. Lynn Prime Inc may update these requirements at any time.
